Resort Booking Cancellation

• 25% charge if cancelled 31 days to 45 days in advance of the check-in date.
• 35% charge if cancelled 16 days to 30 days in advance of the check-in date.
• 50% charge if cancelled 08 days to 15 days in advance of the check-in date.
• 50% charge if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
• 100% charge (No Refund) if cancelled 07 days in advance of the check-in-date.
• In case of a no-show with no communication about cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.

Changing Reservation Dates

• In case of date change, the existing booking needs to be cancelled as per the cancellation policy.
• Reservation of rooms on new dates will be subject to availability.

Jeep Safari and Canter Safari

• Amount is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable once booked and confirmed.
• Jeep Safari once booked and confirmed cannot be rescheduled for another day or time.

Night Stay at Forest Rest House of Jim Corbett National Park

• Amount is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable once booked and confirmed.
• Night stay at Dhikala Forest Lodge cannot be rescheduled for another day or time.
