Hotel Policies
Child Policy
Children below 5 years of age stay complimentary when sharing the room with their parents.
Children between 6 and 12 years of age will be charged 25% of the total package cost when sharing the room with their parents.
Guest Policy
- An extra adult staying in the same Cottage will be charged an additional 35% of the package cost.
Cancellation Policy:
After confirmation, any cancellation will result in a 10% charge of the total booking amount.
Cancellation within 30 days prior to check-in incurs a 25% retention of the total amount.
Cancellation within 15-20 days prior to check-in results in a 50% retention of the total amount.
Cancellation within 15 days prior to check-in incurs a 100% retention charge.
- In case of a no-show, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as retention.
Terms & Conditions
- Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is from 1:00 PM on wards, and check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Reservation Policy: To confirm a reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total package cost is required. The balance amount is to be settled upon check-in.
- Guest Identification: All guests are required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, Aadhar card, etc.) during check-in.
Special Occasions: Rates are not valid on New Year, Christmas, Public Holidays, Festivals, or extended weekends. Please contact our representatives for the best offers and rates during these periods.
Peak Season: From 1st April to 30th June, the resort rates may be higher due to peak season.
- Pet Policy: Pets are allowed only in pet-friendly resorts and are chargeable. Guests must follow the resort’s pet policy.
- Damage Policy: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, its amenities, or furnishings during their stay. The cost of repairing or replacing damaged items will be charged to the guest.
- Swimming Pool: The use of the swimming pool and recreational activities is guided by the resort manager. Swimming costumes are compulsory and available at an extra cost.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in enclosed public areas and rooms. Designated smoking areas are available within the resort premises.
- Alcohol Policy: Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and in accordance with local laws.
- Liability: The resort shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings or valuables.
- GST Bill: Guests requiring a GST bill must inform us at the time of booking to ensure its provision at checkout.
